Just wanted to let you know that I only ate the bread of 1/2 the footlong sandwich.  I ate the chicken and the veggies on the other half and tossed the bread out. I felt good about that.  And that’s a big part of what this is all about.  Feeling good. Agree?

Stitches are OUT!
Just got back from the doctor’s office. Stitches are out.  Only took a few minutes and I only flinched twice.  I was a good boy, but they refused to give me a happy-face sticker on my way out. I have a follow-up appointment in four weeks.  Maybe I’ll score a sticker then.
